If you wish to appoint an Advocate or Authorised Representative to act on your behalf in relation to your account, please contact customer service for the appropriate paperwork for your account type.
We allow the appointment of 2 Types of Contacts.
A technical contact may obtain information from us about your active services, and make changes to active services that do not have a financial impact. (Changing passwords etc). This is useful if you have a IT person managing your computers.
A secondary contact has full control over your account as if they are you (the Primary Contact).
We may also accept a person who holds an appropriate Power of Attorney (Financial) or Order issued by VCAT or your states equivalent.
A certified copy of the Power of Attorney or Order will need to be posted to us in order for the contact to be added to the account. We reserve the right to have the documents verified by the originating Court/Solicitor before acting on such paperwork.
